I talk to so many believers who are weary of business-as-usual Christianity, and some of them are turning to the house church. Some have moved to new cities and can’t find a church that believes the way they do. Others have been hurt by church and are a little skittish about going back into an institutional congregation. Maybe you’ve got a friend at a house church who is raving about it, and you’re asking yourself, “Is the house church right for me?” The early church didn’t meet in a building with steeples. They broke bread in their homes. What if God is using that model again in this generation?
